"Customer service was lacking, the first guest agent didnt care. But the other guest attendant was able to help and take care of us."

"Our three night stay at the Francis Marion Hotel was very pleasant. A very good value compared to other hotels. It is an older hotel but well appointed. Great staff. The restaurant was not fancy but the food was very good and reasonable. There is a $20/ night parking fee.we used Uber and the bikes to get around."
