Booked two rooms. One room had no issues, and the kids were happy with their space. Unfortunately, the other room had a heating problem during a NYC deep freeze. The first night, the temperature was around 63°F. I contacted the front desk the next day, and they promptly sent a very polite and professional technician. The heat improved, though it didn’t fully reach a comfortable level; the second night it maxed out at 66°F.
During checkout, Carolyn handled the situation with genuine care and professionalism. She took the time to listen and made sure I felt satisfied with how the issue was addressed. Thank you, Carolyn.

The pool was cold and the hot tub was broken, if we were made aware of this prior to our stay we would have made different arrangements since that was a big deal for my kids.
