"Nice stay. Good upgrade via Expedia VIP to corner room. Great to have a balcony high up that you could sit on - unusual in the US. Construction noise next door was annoying but not something to fault the hotel on. Fairly expensive for what we got, but that's downtown MIami! Would go back if in the area again but Brickell is a bit dull compared to South Beach or other areas."

"The staff was genuinely helpful, and I really appreciated the cleanliness of the bay view room I stayed in. I absolutely loved the view and enjoyed watching the sunrise every morning. The room service and restaurant staff are very attentive and respectful, making sure guests feel cared for. Even during a busy company event, they managed to accommodate us wonderfully. I do think the menu could be improved a bit, but overall, it was a lovely experience."
