Appearance can be deceiving. Wasn't sure by looks at first glance, but lobby and amenities inside lobby were in great shape. Pool looked nice. Once I opened my room door, I was greeted with a huge bed with 5 fluffy pillows! Easy to check in and out.

We arrived very early. Ross and was friendly and very helpful. She allocated a room that was ready. Upon entering the room there was a very mouldy smell, we gave the room a very quick inspection, following this we left without staying. No I didn’t report our findings as Rosanne had been so helpful we didn’t wish to cause a problem.

I liked the place where Inn was located, close to BurgerKing, Chick-fil-A and other restaurants.There is swimming pool right opposite to my room.The room has necessary facilities like oven, fridge,iron box, locker etc. I was able to listen to little noises in the night and not able to sleep nicely.The air conditioner was also making sounds little bit.Breakfast was provided packed in bag.Ambience was good and comfortable.

Very convenient to Miami and the Florida Keys. Hotel grounds very well maintained makes you feel like your at a resort. Staff very helpful and rooms are clean. Laundry facility on site, so take some quarters. Breakfast included but could be better, hopefully they bring back the hot breakfast again, but for the price you can't beat it.

Staff was extremely helpful, AC was fabulous, showers were nice and hot and didn't run out of hot water. The rooms are a little dated and the pool wasn't the cleanest, but well worth the money. Have stayed before and will stay again!

No wi-fi in the room so we were moved to another room, still no wifi and the front desks solution was to just keep moving us instead of trying to figure out was wrong with the wi-fi in the first building so we spent three days in a room with no wifi, shower was falling apart, ac barely worked. We have stayed there once before and we had absolutely no problems that's why we chose to come back instead of going else wherebut this time was just a horrible experience all together. I can say that the room was pretty clean

Great place. Quiet, rooms were very clean and modern. While they changed their breakfast policy, they give out a to-go bag breakfast with a burrito, orange, juice, etc. This hotel is literally 20 mins from Biscayne NP and Everglades NP visitor centers. It’s also only 25 mins from Key Largo. Great location. If we’re back this way, we’d definitely stay again.

I've been staying here for years. I am glad they brought back breakfast but it's not a hot breakfast but better than nothing. The pool is still amazing. The rooms are clean. The staff is nice. The only issue I had is being charged more than my reservation said I'd be charged and I'm not sure what changed in the system but because the manager was off on vacation I have not yet been refunded. It's been several days now and just waiting for George to return.
