"Staff: At check-in, one male staff member at the front desk had a bit of an attitude, but after a couple of days everything was fine and the experience with the team improved. Wi-Fi: The internet connection was somewhat unreliable, which can be frustrating—especially as an international traveler who depends on it. Cleanliness: The property was very clean and well-kept, which I really appreciated. Breakfast: The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety and some diversity in options. Location: Great location, as many things are within walking distance."

"Very nice hotel. Directly across from the main train station. Clean, comfortable and staff was nice. We stayed 3 nights and had a very nice stay. My only complaint is that the a/c wasn’t very cold and were very warm in the room; especially if showering or blow drying my hair. Other than that, it’s a very nice place to stay. They accept dogs and we stayed with our dog. It’s a 45 min walk to the main sites of Vienna. Ubers and taxis are very convenient from this hotel. They have a breakfast buffet, but, we didn’t eat there. All in all, a nice place to stay while enjoying Vienna. "
