The room was magnificent, the staff warm, friendly and efficient, the restaurants and cocktail bar highly enjoyable and the hotel was near enough to the city centre sights without being over-run with footfall from visitors. We would most definitely return.
Lovely bedroom with an excellent bed - slept very well.
Fine dining in the Opus restaurant was exceptional.
More rustic dishes such as Ox Goulash was very good in the Café

This is one of the few hotels you will be looking forward to return to. Outstanding service, highly knowledgeable front desk staff and the calm atmosphere make this an oasis of relaxation in the middle of the city with the main music venues just next door - including the Musikverein and the Opera. Everything adds up to the old world glamour you would expect to find in Vienna. Perfect place if you are looking for a trouble free and memorable stay in Vienna.

Great hotel - comfortable, luxurious, perfect location. Service generally excellent. Only reason not 5 stars all round is housekeeping were a little careless in restocking clean cups, glasses, milks for coffee etc. very minor detraction come other wise excellent experience.
