"We neglected to get parking instructions, so we parked on the street and had to drag our luggage a couple of blocks. Ask for the name of the underground parking almost right at their door. "I was attending an event at the IceParc so the location is great. The room is small but adequate and comfortable, and the kitchenette is very nice. The supermarket next day is convenient. I rated cleanliness lower because some kitchen utensils were not clean; I had to wash cutlery before using."
