"The hotel is centrally located with easy access to travel around the city by Taxi, Metro and other local transport. The Reception staff is very professional and the check-in and check-out process was hassle free. It’s my favourite hotel to stay whenever I visit the city. The staff in the Bar and Restaurant are also friendly and attentive to Guests needs. Overall a pleasant experience as always and will definitely be back to stay at this wonderful property."

"Towels were clearly used and not washed. Just folded to look good. Same with comforter and pillows. Could also see various stains on towels, comforter and pillow. However main issue was the cockroaches. Dead cockroach under bathroom sink had not been cleaned up. Another live cockroach was running around in bathroom. I would recommed skipping this hotel. The pictures dont live up to reality. "

"AC non functional, internet malfunctional, room not clean and not serviced well, bathroom lacks cleanliness, no water provided, tv malfunctional. I am appalled by my own mistake of booking this hotel. I have never been duped based on the charge (extremely high) i expected basics to be taken care of. I blame Orbitz for this lack of supervision. "The bathroom had a broken faucet and the toilet seat was damaged, no hot water. Room service was very slow. They had cookies for breakfast! On asking they did give us omelet!"

"I stayed for 2 nights. As others have commented, there were a few small cockroaches in the room. Other than that, there were no other issues. The room was spacious for the price, and there was hot water in the bathroom. The hotel provided hand soap and shampoo. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby, so I didn't have breakfast at the hotel (they provided free bottled water every day). I think the location is great for sightseeing."
