You did not stay in my unit/apartment.

Dear Rodolfo, I have a private parking for the unit that you have booked. You should have communicated with me. I sent you messages prior to your arrival re check in instructions. You never responded nor acknowledged it.The apartments in Abreeza Place are individually owned and managed by owners. The guards and the Reception are just helping with the security and check-in process. They get instructions from us . we send Guest Authorization to the AdminOffice and also a copy was sent to you. If you have requested a parking, it will be noted in the Guest Authorization.

Sorry, that I can not accommodate your request for late check out, as I have a guest checking in on that day.

To answers your issues: 1. Pool and Gym- The picture of the pool and gym on the property page is valid because it is available for long stay guests (monthly guests) and owners . Under room the you booked, those facilities were not included and not ticked. You should have checked before you booked. You contacted me regarding this . I have explained to you that the management is limiting foot traffic due to COVID-19 restriction in the city. Though , the management made concession that you can use the pool, but you said you will not use it. You only want to use the gym. 2. The microwave and dryer is working. Prior guests and current guest have no issues with it. You could have asked us during your stay so that we can check and show you how to use it. ( the operation manuals are in side the drawers). 3. TV/Satélite. There is a SmartTV which you can stream NETFLIIX and other apps. There is also a local streaming box (GMA box) which stream GMA news and other programs. Again , you did not tell us , that you have problems accessing it. 3. I have stayed in that unit , there is no overflowing. The other guest pre your stay and current did not mention it. Again, you should have communicated it to us. Communicstion.. Prior to you stay, you have sent a lot of messages which I have answered factually . In your part, your quite impolite. When you checked in I have given you my co-host mobile number, who lives in the Same building , so that any issues can be attended promptly. You never communicated with her. Lastly, you’re supposed to checked out on the 22nd at 12:00 noon but you insisted that your booking is for 11 nights, 11th-22nd so you will check out on the 23rd morning. I Lost my booking for that day.
