It was chaotic The contact person was no longer employed by the rental place. The building number was not correctly indicated . Cleaning fee of 300 pesos was asked after checked out but I refused to pay because it was not indicated during booking. Needs improvement

Micromanaged.
The place had neither terrance nor balcony and we couldnt find the elevator. So many calls from owner. Just not a pleasant experience.

Thank you for the review. There is a balcony from one of the bedrooms behind the curtain. The elevators were on the left of the lobby. The guard could have shown you if you had asked. We apologise if my caretaker had called you. I have since advised her not to do so for other renters in future, Thank you for highlighting to us about it. It has been taken care of.

Dirtiest room I have seen!
First, the contact numbers mentioned in their property are all not working, so i had to wait for couple of hours in the area, if I hadn’t asked around I would find the caretaker. Second, the room (i think it was room428) is very dirty, especially the toilets, it was actually the dirtiest toilet I have seen in my life. Third, the lavatory drain is clogged and is not working. Fourth, the bed sheet and pillow cases were dirty as well, i am pretty sure it wasn’t newly washed. Lastly, It is dark and lights aren’t working properly, i had to switch on the bulbs in the room myself. Funny how they charge you 300 pesos for the cleaning fee when there was no cleaning done, the room is so dirty.

We are sorry you encountered certain issues during your stay. We wished you would have immd brought it up to us so we would have immediately addressed your concerns. Our contact numbers were on the back of the main door. Prior to your arrival, we had sent you text messages on the number you had registered . We had advised on the text message, the contact tel numbers you have to call upon your arrival. However, there was no response from you at all on your registered contact number. With regards to your feedback, we have since acted upon them and the clogged drain has been cleared and so is the toilet. All our bed linens are always washed and cleaned thoroughly after every guest leaves. We have also changed the lighting in the room to make it brighter. Once again,we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience that occured during your stay.

Best to Avoid
The unit has a security issue as you cannot block the balcony because the last does not work no it is there a proper lock with key to prevent small children from going out. The phrase was in bad condition and missing it's freezer door and there was no toaster as promised no i was the cable tv hooked up. We also found some cockroaches. Service is practically non-existent. We left early and found another place.

Big disappointment for using my free night.
Had reservation for 428 but they put us in 908 instead. Poor communication, I assume the manager was too ashamed to meet with us . We didn't know what building we were supposed to be in. The cable tv, internet, and refrigerator did not work, I assume they are too cheap to pay the load costs. The couch cover had a big hole on the seat, very shabby looking, makes whole condo look bad. Not even any soap was provided for personal care.. They are not spending any piso's for your comfort. Only 1 pool for hundreds of condo units. This is our second time in a condo, never again. I used my free hotel night here, it was disappointing. We couldn't even keep our food cold in the refrigerator, it was plugged in, but didnt work..

The room were not set up properly. The furniture was old. Some cabinets were falling apart. Many issues. Not what we expected. Poor communication with the person we were suppose to have contact with.

A peaceful fuss free stay though unit is limited.
I checked in July 27-29..suppose to be 428 unit.but somehow not availble so seems upgrade me to go her unit.thanks upgrade ms cloe . But unit 09-08 presume under same mgt . Ms cloe apologise that this unit was rushing to clean.so I accept it. The tv signal poor &limited 3 channel. Water heater not work well.. Upon enquiring,they apologise to me through sms. Good locations. But small pool ratio for many units condo..gym small too. Location good.heavy traffic expected as near abreeza mall.jeep rides &taxis plenty available. Car park places send cramp.lobby spaces for car stops can be stuck for long even there is guard in each block.

日本で言う民泊です。個人所有のマンションをホテルとして貸しています。サイトでは、レストランがあると書いてありましたが無いです。敷地内で食事、買い物は出来ないです。勿論ホテルでは無いからフロントも常勤のスタッフもいません!プールは有りますが、住人専用でビジターの私達は使用するのに抵抗がありました。買い物は1番近いコンビニまで、10分かかりました。スタッフとの連絡は電話かメールです。今回リビングスペースのある部屋を予約しましたがスタジオタイプの一部屋のタイプに案内され現地で追い金を払い2LDKタイプに変更しました。 テレビは、壊れていて見れなかった。チェックアウトは誰も来ませんでした。フライトまで時間があったので、5時間延長しました。500ペソを郵便受けに入れて帰りました。空港までは、タクシーで20分程度、ロケーションは良いです。現地でのコンドミニアム生活を望む方には良いです。しかし、コスパを考えると同じ金額でフルサービスホテルは多くありますから微妙です。
