We did not use our reservation because of the room they give us , the aircondition is bad , not doing good and we saw cockroach inside the bathroom and by the doorway of the room I hope you refund my money..

Worth the price
Ang ganda ng lugar. Kinda takes you to history coz below the hotel was an underground tunnel. The pool is clean and the rooms and the staffs are all friendly.

Our room was not eell msintsined, tap not secured, bed lights not working and hot water shower unit not adequate and poor water flow from shower. Restaurant was great food nice. Also be nice yo have bath mats and shower curtains.

The toilet bowl has a ring to it. When you use the shower the whole restroom gets wet. The faucet in the sink is loose. The door’s card key in my sister’s room didn’t work so she had to use a regular key which was difficult to use. She had to ask for the staffs help. The restaurant didn’t have 2 of the choices of free breakfast they offer the three days we stayed there. When we asked for butter knife the waiter had to get it from the main building. There was almost an hour wait for your order to be served.

Hotel situated on a main highway 45 minutes from the airport--continual traffic noise.Hotel needs total renovation--restaurant manager very rude. Airport pick-up no-show--free breakfast Filipino only. I had a rat scratching in the trash can all night--totally over--priced--would never go back to this hotel and would suggest anyone else to go elsewhere.

I will not return to this hotel. Faucet broken in sink. No curtain between shower and toilet seat. Water flooding everywhere. No windows in the rooms and the worst is breakfast! They told me only Filipino food is included in the room fee. They charged me 4 4 US dollars for 2 sliced breads and 2 fried eggs. They have no jam, no black tea neither! I was angry. . Hotel is far from the city center too.

Good Hotel
I enjoyed my stay here and think the hotel is very good and staff are very helpful. On a negative side I would say that although children sleep free they do not have a free breakfast unlike the adults. Also swimming is not free for the children but free for the adults. Great hotel but needs some slight changes to policies for children.

Very nice accommodations on the outskirts of Davao. The property even boasts a WWII attraction; a Japanese tunnel built in 1942! Their free breakfast consists of a full-service restaurant where you can select from a limited menu. Definitely a nice stay! But mind your credit card statement. There may be unexpected charges.

I liked the resort, it's in perfect location, and they have free parking. Though the room, 'Double deLuxe' where we stayed was dusty and looked like it has been just tidied up but not cleaned. There were empty plastic bottle under the bed, a pair of slippers and dusts like months old. But I still want to stay here next time.

NOt a hotel chain...so, dont expect high standards
The hotel was located away from the center of town as such, it was a grueling day when one has to put up with the traffic. The room was sizable with a built in dresser, a fridge and a good sized bathroom. The bathroom had soap scum on the tile which made it look untidy and the hot water heater had to be coaxed to work. However, the dog in the house next door outside my window barked at all hours of the day or night. The lobby is spacious and well decorated. The breakfast was ample, but the watiers and service staff were so focused on the TV with the loud sound blaring while we were eating. They never looked to see if we were ok or if we needed anythiing. As it was we needed salt and pepper and they brought in salt in a bowl and the pepper in a shaker. the elevator worked going up but rarely would come up to bring us down. The tunnel tour was short and really just a visual experience. It was worth looking at though it was dank and wet and humid. All in all the tour was a novelty. The front desk staff were pleasant and went out of their way to help when needed.

Decent Enough
Away from downtown and other typical city tourist spots, unless you have a car then this should not be an issue. Accomodating frontdesk, big room and bed was comfy, no wifi and no window on the second floor. Pool for kids, restaurant within the premise. Japanese tunnel is a plus, for only P50 with a knowledgeable tour guide.

Only restaurant breakfast could be improved. They ran out of tea and bread The fried chicken looks like it was taken from the fridge and fried immediately. So I only take fried eggs

The Comfort of a Beautiful Hotel
Though the hotel has an old shuttle to pick us up at the airport it's not bad as they have exceptional service through out our stay for 3 nights. The rooms are nice and comfortable, clean and well attended by staff what we ask them for our needs. It's quite a beauty of its surroundings, restaurant, swimming pool and tunnel attractions. All the staff are friendly and helpful, ever ready to serve and offer assistance in all our request. I don't hesitate to recommend to anybody who likes to visit Davao. For this it's a wonderful experience.
