"This was the worst hotel experience I have ever encountered. the sockets didn’t work in the bathroom, roaches and dirty. I understand that they are under construction but rooms should not be rented until the construction is completed. "

The building contained a constant smell beyond explanation, the room was serviceable with a chair that was peeling and a bed that allowed people to lay in it. The fire to the bathroom had some sort of damage on the front and we had roaches and assorted bugs as roommates. "

When we told them in the morning didn't seem like they really cared. The door to bedroom had a huge stain so just didn't touch it. I probably wouldn't stay there again "

"So Orlando renters has 9 tiers of property, yet they don't explain what they are. Not on their website or Expedia. Expedia looks like it's based on # of rooms but "value plus" is a stained carpet dirty baseboards, broken blinds, no grass just dirt home that doesn't match the quality in the photos. The people at Orlando Renters were nice, but the property manager was rude. Not sure I'd book with them again. Beware that unless it's executive or higher, expect a less than impressive home (cleanliness wise)"
