"Our check in with Destiny in the front desk was excellent. Always very polite, professional and caring. Hotel was very clean, smelled clean, room & bathroom clean/perfect! Had my requested extra pillows and TV even had a welcome picture with my name. Very impressed. Re-booked already for my next family gathering next month. Thanks all involved to give us that perfect evening."

"The pool area, arcade and the food was good at the resort. But the townhome was not that clean. The furniture and appliances was old. The water in the master bedroom tub and hallway bathroom was not draining properly. The master bedroom balcony had to big wasps or hornets nest outside so we couldn't go out . Me and my husband killed 4 spiders in the master bedroom . We couldn't connect the wifi to all our devices. So we had to use our hot spot on our phones.The living room tv kept working off and on. And 3 of the bedrooms had small tvs. The front door lock was broken there was a hole where a key is suppose to go. The carpet was dirty. This was my 7th time staying here. And i never stayed in a property like this. "

"It was a lot of foot traffic around the hotel and some people hang outside by the entrance door who made the situation uncomfortable. "

"Great property, this was our third time stay here we had an excellent time. Stuff is friendly, our was very clean. We did have some noisy neighbors upstairs, their kid was running back and fourth in the home so next time i will request a up apartment instead of down stairs. "
