"This is the best Motel/Studio 6 I've ever stayed in because every employee is an absolute star! The best of the best are Kassandra and Troy. They come in every day ready to assist guests and they do an excellent job, AND give you a smile while they're doing it. Kassandra especially -- give this amazing young woman a raise or a bonus! Both she and Troy made me smile every morning and that meant a lot to me as a guest. I will definitely stay at this location again. I feel safe and cared about when I am there. Top tier service at this location! Honorable mention goes to Alexander on the night shift for his politeness and grace. One more thing -- the coffee offered in the lobby in the morning is really good! You might actually skip your morning Dunkin' or Starbucks once you taste it. Room pricing is fair and competitive. Did I say I love staying here? "

"The hotel was ok the AC in our room didn’t work and the elevators are extremely slow. They do have Happy Hour with 2 free drinks and snacks. Also breakfast is included. You have to pay to park. The bed was very comfortable though I wouldn’t stay there again."

"The location was the only good thing I can say about this Hampton Inn location. When myself and my daughter arrived to our room, the washroom door handle was broken and swinging back and forth. The shower water pressure felt like I was taking a shower in some sprinklers outside. So clearly they did not do a walkthrough or cleaning of my room before our stay. Then our last night there, the hotel gave room key access to a different guess who entered my room at 10:45pm at night while me and my daughter were sleeping. Yes, they refunded half of the stay but to be honest they should have done more. That was a safety hazard for myself and my daughter. If we weren’t in our room then those guests could have walked into our room with all of our personal belongings and I probably would have never known. I couldn’t not share my experience because it had me shook for the rest of the night. Be careful when staying at this hotel and please keep your latch on and a sign outside of your door that says occupied. I’m still angry about this situation. Because what if my 17 year old would have been in there alone for a moment. Just be careful staying here."
