"The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is rather tired. The choice at breakfast rather limited. However great for walking along the coast to Coryton Cove and easy walking access to Dawlish. Our sea view was blocked because we were on the ground floor. I am sure on higher levels you would have a view of the sea."

"Great apartment, convenient location, excellent communication. We stayed as a family of 6 adults and had plenty of room in this comfortable, well equipped and well furnished apartment. Parking can be a bit difficult, but we always managed. The shop is quite well stocked and Naveed communicated well and promptly."
