Each mender of the team that I have met was friendly, welcoming and no request was to difficult In particular want to mention the outstanding service offered by the Gold l lounge team Evelyn, June, Mia and Donna They went way and above their duty to ensure that my Vegetarian dietary need where met. "Stay was generally good except for a couple of service related incidents eg i asked front desk to make a reservation for us one evening and the person asked me to book myself. When i showed the restaurant name on my mobile app, the person tried to call the restaurant directly on my mobile without asking me. "

"I had an amazing stay at Somerset Chengdu! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and felt like a home away from home. What truly made my experience exceptional was the front desk staff they were simply the best! From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. Their hospitality and attention to detail made my stay even more enjoyable. "great place to stay if you are visiting Chengdu! the hotel is located very close to a metro station (maybe a 5 min walk). the room we booked was a great deal, it had 2 bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchen. very roomy and comfortable! the room itself was also clean, the beds were comfortable, and in very good condition (not sure when the hotel was last remodeled, but it felt quite new). I also want to give a special shoutout to Miki. you can visit her at the station by the front desk and she can give you lots of useful travel advice. she was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. it was only thanks to her that we were able to get our WeChat set up properly and have a smooth, enjoyable trip. thank you so much Miki! we would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Chengdu. "
