The property was excellent as being The Hampton as I expected. The staff & service was excellent. But the bed was hard & uncomfortable. I would recommend the Hampton as one the best hotels for your stay.

Arrived Thursday. Saturday the towels were swapped out but left in a pile, not in the wall mounted organizer. Monday the towels were again left in a pile and one of two trash cans was emptied. The other had a liner available for self-service; e.g., was not in the bin. Friday morning the sausage patties were way over cooked. Ran out of facial tissue so we bought a box. Close to Cracker Barrel, Lee's Chicken, other dining establishments. Ample parking. Luggage trolleys were always available (my pet peeve).

Great overnight stay near I-70

I needed a dog-friendly hotel near I-70 for an overnight stop. The Hampton Inn exceeded expectations for a nice, comfortable stay. They had friendly staff and a free breakfast option. Not near much but a few restaurants and gas stations.

The good is that the property was clean and in good shape. It’s a basic hotel so no fringes. Had a really nice TV and comfortable bed. I know this location and it’s not the best area of town although there’s several hotels and eating places around.
