"Nice reasonably priced hotel on the beach. Room was clean and comfortable with an ocean view balcony. Staff were friendly and accomodating. Ed was terrific. Pool was fine. Hot tob was on the cool side and being worked on for that. "

Housekeeping 10+ Front desk staff 10+ for Parshan & Vivian professional & friendly and look great in uniform.Everything with this stay was great with exception to restaurant Traders. Checked in and stop by for a cocktail and there was no one, no bartender nor waitress. Not sure what was going on but we left and had great drinks at Crabby's Oceanside. Excellent."

"Parking is an issue here...don't be surprised when you attempt to leave and a car is parked immediately behind you. Staff is unavailable after 9 pm....old, outdated, in much need of rehab or destruction"

"Check in and check out very smooth. Requests poor. Went to three floors and ice machines did not work. Asked for ice to be brought to room. Never received. First night of stay asked for blow dryer because not one In room. Had an event and left room after an hour and a half. And no use of a blow dryer. Blow dryer was o. Room when we returned four hours later . To me this is unacceptable . "

"I recently stayed at this hotel for an overnight visit. Overall, it was a convenient place to stay, with very friendly staff, a nice beach view, and a good breakfast. There were a few issues during my stay. The bathroom did not have hand soap, and there was no extra toilet paper provided. The pool was quite sandy both in the evening when we arrived (after 4 PM) and the following morning. It appeared that cleaning didn’t begin until around 11 AM, and the pool was also very cold, which made it difficult to enjoy. The balcony sliding door was very difficult to open and close. Additionally, beach access from the pool area was unavailable due to a caved-in section of the back parking lot that was closed off. We had to walk a block to find an alternate walkway to the beach. Despite these inconveniences, the hotel served its purpose well for a short stay. I already have another visit planned in about a month and look forward to seeing improvements."
