The beach access is absolutely top tier. The hotel isn't in disrepair, the room was clean and the staff (2 women) were great. For the price point, we will be staying here anytime I'm in Daytona.

If you are looking for a high-rise hotel with 5* dinning, not your place. If you are looking for a great, clean, modern, comfortable, place to stay, on the beach, nice, clean pool. Extremely helpful and nice staff. Oh did I mention 4+* property at a 2* price point!! Through in a relaxing breeze way and private beach access! I travel for a living, this is my new #1 go to location in Daytona, FL

I got this room for my son, so he could relax for his birthday, he said the lady Tiffany was very nice and chill, even tho he felt it wasnt an upscale hotel he said he would stay there agin, and the bed was very comfortable and thought that the owner did a nice jib of making the place nice . My son did not use the pool the room was clean and he was happy.

The room was clean and the balcony overlooking the ocean was awesome, there is no breakfast served but the stay was still enjoyable. The biggest problem was parking the county made it difficult. We will be staying again!!

I liked that it was a beach front and how they had a pool so like the surroundings.I didn’t like how the room was filled of led dust and just not how it shows in the picture it was very moldy and not a good environment the lights don’t work the sheets are dirty some of the furniture are very old and it was just overall filthy.

We love staying at the Dream Inn. It is perfect for us. Right on the beach, with a refreshing pool for when the waves in the ocean are too rough. The patio deck is perfect for people watching while having breakfast or lunch. It is in a quiet part of Daytona beach with a couple of eateries within walking distance. The rates compared to other places makes this affordable for us so we stay a few more days than we would at another place. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly. We kinda want to keep this place a secret.

While the hotel could use some modernization, the owners definitely work hard at keeping the place up. Room was clean and tidy and everything worked. Most importantly the AC. Right on the beach, you can drive on to the beach right from the hotel. The parking could definitely be better. I would stay again. Great value for the money.

We truly enjoyed our stay, wish it could've been longer! We choose a balcony room which was perfect to enjoy the gorgeous sunrises. The grounds are tiered with lots of lounges and tables with umbrellas and nice decor. The pool is nice and clean - I think ir's a saltwater pool? It is a small, older motel that fit our budget and allowed us to be oceanfront too. The beds were comfy, the rainshower was lovely, plenty of hot water. Tiffany was available and always working on something to maintain it. I definitely hope to come back and bring family some day!
