Giving low stars we rented a room that came with a parking spot and a pass but, because we rode our motorcycle we had to park out by the road. Not excited about it!!! Night security officer was rude and condescending! I paid a resort fee… for…? No ice machine no vending machine. The room itself was amazing loved it the view spectacular. Battery dead in fan/light remote so it was stuck on high so we had to use the switch and it was light on fan on high or completely off.

The room itself was nice and very clean. Great ocean view right on the beach. The thermostat on the wall was just for show. It was SO hot in our room that we ended up sleeping with the balcony door open. The property is in a great location for walking around town. My biggest complaint was the lack of front desk/staff. You had to call a number and they would text you back to help you if you had any questions or needed anything. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

Once we arrived, we were notified of the construction to most of the Daytona Studios. Our specific unit was clean and nice, but the rest of the area seemed closed and unavailable for any use.

This is a construction zone. There is no access to beach and pool as advertized and in welcome text. There is mold on the door and the toilet does not fill. They should not be renting in this condition. I would leave but checked in late and will vacate early. Not a safe or pleasant environment.

The room was great, but we had find a place to park our van with trailer which was 2 blocks away and another $80.00 to our stay. If we new about thin advance we would have been able to make arrangements. I use my trailer to carry my wheelchairs and to have it stolen wouldn't have worked for me.

The building is set up to run all units on either heat or cold. We needed A/C because the days weren’t consistently cold. They couldn’t offer A/C our room was a steady 85. We ended our trip two days early because of this. The communication was very good and they did refund our two days.

Dont do it!

Booked a room for a single night for Bike week. Host contacted me the day prior due to plumbing issues. They offered another place about 10 minutes away but that wasnt going tonwork for me. Host said they would cancel my booking and issue a refund. 3 weeks later they refuse to answer calls, texts and emails. Filing an insurance claim today so I can get my $300 back for a room i didnt even stay in.

Horrible, Dirty no A/C

It was horrible. DID NOT LAST 5 MINUTES. Had to leave. No A/C. Could not get anyone on the phone. 4th floor and elevator was torn up. Dated and dirty. Debris still from storm. Part of roof hanging off the top. Was not stable. Matresses on bed were cheap and thin. Would never stay here.

The room it self was super cute. Could tell that it was recently completely remodeled. Loved the flooring, the touches of yellow accents, the little side table and chair and the beachy feel to the decorations. The outside was under major construction and had a unsafe feel in general. The $69 "Resort fee" plus Daytona impact fees that incresed our stay by $98 for 2 nights was a ridiculous over charge. This property is no way a "Resort" of any kind. There is no front office, no breakfast of anykind, only one vehicle allowed with parking pass per room, (although who ever it was that i spoke to on the phone did give us a second pass when i requested it, but wasnt till the following morning). The room door was locked and unlocked by electronic key pad which was nice not to worry about loosing a key how ever there was NO chain lock on the inside of the door, which made me really nervous not knowing how often the code for the lock was changed or who may have the code that xould come in at anytime. Even when the door was locked from the inside, just by entering the code it unlocked. Felt very unsecure. The rules stated strick "no smoking" policy and would charge $250 for smoking, but the room smelt like someone had already smoked in it before we arrived. The pool and deck area was ok but fountain/ kids pool could use a fresh coat of paint for the center piece dolphin display. Would stay again but not with kids till construction was finished. Location was great.

Worst place ever!

I wanted to stay there for the pool. The pool and most of the building was under construction. This construction was very noisy. There was no check in area. Therefore very tough to get any help. TV at first didn’t work. Then the remote.

Surprise cleaning fee

Location is great. Very old looking building, but part of it is being remodeled. Added a $130.00 cleaning fee unexpectedly, as it is a condo and not a hotel.

I was informed of renovations being done to the Inn but when I got there, one half of the parking lot was closed due to construction equipment. There was poor lighting to the elevator access. The pool was closed and padlocked due to the renovations. The balcony was small. The room space was not adequate. It was an overall bad experience. We found another motel in which to stay. Please don't book a room or stay there. Don't even consider it. Pictures look great but it is not a functional place to stay. Maybe when ALL renovations are completed but they don't tell you that.

The room was clean, but appeared to be a subpar remodel. There was no access to the pool despite being told all amenities were available. At least half of the resort is under construction and a large portion of the parking lot is blocked off. To get to the beach you have to walk all the way around which is inconvenient.

We picked this hotel because we needed a kitchen. We cant say much because when we found there wasnt a kitchen we booked another room and left. The "seperate doning area" was 2 plastic stools unfer the coffee maker by the microwave and minifridge

Construction noise the whole vacation. The cleanliness of the hotel and room during a pandemic was dispicable and unaceptable. My family and I had to buy sleeping bags and plastic mattress covers to sleep on the soild sheets. There is no direct number to reach the front desk for new towels or bedding. Horrible Experience. Never again.

This property is run down and in disrepair. Our unit looked like a poor excuse for a remodel. Bedding was hard as a rock with paper thin sheets. Pest control was VERY necessary. Shower was dirty and floors look like they were only swept and never mopped. No guaranteed parking if lot is full. Overpriced for the accommodations with no service or onsite staff of any kind.
