The staff and hotel were amazing. We had a great view of the ocean and the beach access was so convenient. Great pool for kids with a splash pad and all pool areas were accessible for guests with mobility needs. Would highly recommend it for families as well as couples getaways.

Had a wonderful time with my teenage son for his birthday weekend celebration! Beautiful room with balcony facing the water. Exceptional room, comfy beds, chairs, fluffy towels etc. Luxury, multi waterfall shower head was a welcome treat after a long beach day! Only thing to say about our room was there was no microwave, and the plug in the bathtub didn't stay plugged so you couldn't have a bath. I lucked out immensely as Friday night they had two amazing bands! Covered 80's new wave which was so fun. The second band LoveSong, was a Cure cover band and boy did they do a splendid concert! Brought me back to my youth as one of my favorite bands. So it was a great treat for me, as well as my music loving son! The hotel has a great location. Walkable in each direction to multiple shops, restaurants and the Pier for amusements. The beach was clean and wide and you could walk for miles! Water so nice. One memorable mini vacay, and would definitely do it again, maybe with my girlfriends next time!

We stayed for four nights in a king size balcony. The room was great at this hotel. Although the shower door rolled open for every shower which made for a cold blast of air on one side. The valet and front desk staff were also easy going and friendly. We had dinner at sessions and the bartenders actually made our day. Loved them and the cocktails. We went to the bar after being told we had to wait 45 minutes because there were no tables to sit at. Clearly there were tables and the whole restaurant was full of people not staying at the hotel. I knew this because the hotel room keys are wrist bands you have to wear. Most of the people inside were not wearing wristbands. I ordered sirloin medallions and my better half had a ribeye. Both were ok but very flavorless. A1 was needed. I expected more for the average, $650 a night charge this hotel was charging during the Welcome To Rockville event. At breakfast my eggs beneidict didn't come with hollandaise sauce but rather, a whole plate of melted butter. I was hoping to book a spa day for mother's day but was rudely greeted with not a hello but instead, "we have nothing open today or tomorrow". I thought to myself, "do they know I'm a guest here"? The experience left me with the thought that this hotel is running off the day visits from non hotel staying guests. I do recommend this hotel, but if you want to have dinner here or visit the rock spa, make reservations before you check in. I've never had this issue at other hotels.

Overall great stay. Entrance to hotel for valet could be a lil bigger-tight space there and self parking was across the street. Room didn't have a trash can in the room just in bathroom but something simple that can be fixed. But overall staff was nice, room and facility cleaned.

Staff can be very hit or miss. Some came off snotty, but helpful when asked. Others plesant from the go. Did not recieve our "VIP" gift on check in, had to ask for it on last night of stay after the reminder email from expedia. A huge black mark was check out day (today as I write this). $400/night buys me from 4pm-11pm. This morning at 9am I heard a couple quick knocks at the door as I came out of the bathroom in my tighty whities, and I just had time to duck behind the wall as housekeeping opened the door, not cool. The room was close to being perfect. Very nice, but sliding door to balcony just about required the two of us to open. It was very stiff to open and close. The sliding glass door of the shower was similarly very stiff until one of the rollers fell off causing the door to drop. I put it back together as good as I could having not packed a set of allen keys. We also noted a cigarette butt on the balcony despite the "no smoking on balcony" signage. They allow pets, not a good move IMO. There is really no where outside for them to do their business for starters. I was also attacked by a pair of yappy yorkies in the hallway one night. Self parking is very easy, but it is across the street. There is a lit Ped X walk there but its fairly easy to cross anywhere most of the time. Surrounding area was pretty rough as I write this in Apr'24 Lot of closed/empty retail outlets and hotels. Sidewalks covered in sand etc. Not a lot of effort being put into keeping itclean

I can not complain about 1 thing, from checkin with Gator to pool service by Mesa and bartender Tiffany. Everyone was professional, went above and beyond and made our vacation super special ! We could not have asked for better service or room. Thank you Hard Rock!!

After a pay all the money to stay, I have to pay for eat and service, nothing is free there. I don’t like it… the room was to small and they said that should be dinner table when I called it but it’s wasn’t.

We had bands off our balcony 2 nights in a row. Great shows and we had a blast. Nice pool area and a decent beach. I would definitely stay here again. Food is a little pricey, but good quality.

Hotel was perfect for a short family vacation. We didn’t need to leave the hotel. The kids enjoyed the different pools and arcade. The food and coffee shop were great.
