The staff was very friendly. The facility was very basic. No coffee in the room. There was a strong smell of some one smoking weed. We smelled it in our room several times every night.

quaint & comfortable

arrived for bike week 2024 late the day of check in but Mr. Sam was very understanding & accommodated our group with no hesitation to put us all in one section of the motel, our stay was very comfortable & felt safe, motel was VERY CLEAN, as were the grounds, we were also able to BBQ in the small patio area. Mr. Sam had plenty of room to park our bike trailers & vehicles while we were able to park our bikes in front of our rooms. we were able to leave our rooms in the morning feeling our belongings would be safe & return to relax from the ride out in front of our rooms. I was surprised on how clean & quaint the rooms were. I have stayed in many motels & this is the far best I've stayed in. thank you Brian for attending to our rooms while we were enjoying Daytona Bike week...will be returning for bike week!!!

The owners of the property are also the managers and they are amazing. Easily one of the best cheap stays ive ever had. 5 STARS!

It is an older motel that has a lot of updates that have been done by a knowledgeable contractor. This is a clean place to spend a couple of nights at a low cost which was exactly what I wanted. If you want something fancy with a lot of amenities this is not a place to consider. This is an older area but I never felt threatened.

Staff was very accommodating. It’s an old school hotel from the 60s/70s so it’s very dated but I enjoyed my stay. It was biketoberfest so the constant noice of motorcycles was present not their fault. Overall I’m very happy with my stay and will probably stay there again.

Met the owner at checkin. Very friendly man. Shared my concerns about previous reviews and had a great conversation. Bottom line, those negative reviews are bogus. Clean room and property. Easy parking, late checkin (Rolex baby), close food. Will be back next year.

My stay

Beds were comfy, however, chair was ripped, arm of chair broken, no tissues or extra toilet paper in bathroom, cheap perfumy air freshener smell in room, you could tell people smoked in there even though requested non-smoking room. Could not find anyone to deliver food to hotel so had to go pick up. People were nice checking in and when we checked out. Let us leave our car thete while we went to the nascar race, as we did it by lyft. It was ok for a one night only. Definitely no frills place.

Paid premium since it was daytona 500 Left within an hour with the smell of mold in the room asked for money back for the additional 2 nights I wasn’t staying for wasn’t compensated Expedia didn’t seem to be any help with the situation
