Our stay here was mediocre. The building and room appeared fairly run down but was liveable. All of the staff were very friendly. I loved that we were right on the ocean. There was ample parking and lots of stuff nearby for entertainment and shopping.
We booked here because of the kitchenette, which was basically useless to us, there was nothing to cook or eat with. There was 3 plates, one tiny pot and barely any utensils - we ended up having to buy pots, pans, plates and utensils for our stay.
The patio door in our room was ancient, extremely heavy and did not roll. My spouse had to open and close it for me and the kids because we couldn’t.
The outside pool was not heated at all; it was freezing cold.
In terms of cleanliness, the place isn’t that bad; the housekeepers definitely do a good job; however, it doesn’t appear as though regular deep cleaning or maintenance is done the rooms to ensure all the little things are kept up.
