Hotel in a great location, literally by dam square. Hotel is cosy and linen/towels all clean. Breakfast given it was included was decent and set you up for the day.
Rooms are a bit dated but for the price and the location, it was great.

The staff were excellent throughout my stay—very professional, welcoming, and attentive. Breakfast was very good, with a wide selection and good quality.
However, there were a few drawbacks. In the breakfast area, the cooking smells tended to stick to clothes, which was uncomfortable. Additionally, the air conditioning in the room was not cooling properly and felt warm. Our room also had a limited view, and there was some noticeable noise at times.
Overall, it was a good stay, mainly due to the quality of service and breakfast, but addressing these issues would significantly improve the guest experience.

Zunächst haben wir eingecheckt und der Geruch ist uns sofort aufgefallen. Dann mussten wir schnell zu einer Veranstaltung und haben deshalb den eigentlichen Zustand der Wohnung später abends wahrgenommen: Die Unterkunft ist überhaupt nicht gemütlich und nicht wie abgebildet.
