"Our travel plans changed unexpectedly and so we had a late check-in. I appreciate the communication for the late check-in process, which was very easy. Overall it was a really nice stay. The room was comfortable and family friendly. I like how there was a third single bed for kiddos, even though we didn't have a use for it. We were in a first floor hotel room. It was noisy in the evenings when people above us were walking around (I think there was a young family that stayed up late). In addition there was a loud gurgling noise when the room above us used the shower. It sounded like a potential leak or block in the line. I mentioned this to the hotel and was disappointed they did not respond other than to say that there were no other rooms available."
