This property is dirty. The room smelled horrible. And overall it was filthy. The towels were small thin and hardly useable for a shower. We asked for a late check out but still they heavily knocked over and over. The staff was kind but overall this hotel is very dirty and run down.

Best Western Plus Sanford Airport/Lake Mary Hotel
Calling to room for checkout before checkout time. Broken fixtures and tiles in bathroom. Manger coming to room to force us to leave room instead of asking if we wished to stay another night. Horrible will never stay here again.
