"Room was a perfect temperature, nice towels and bedding. The tv was well positioned and the water was hot at all times
Breakfast was good but some foods could have been a little warmer but that’s often the challenge for buffet service. The range and availability was great though.
The lounge and bar are was very well run by professional and friendly staff who definitely know how to deliver great customer service. Drinks and food were all up to the required standard.
The reception team were also very helpful and friendly providing good information and a smooth experience "

"The room was lovely and clean. Staff were all friendly and helpful, even when we checked out the receptionist asked if there was anything else we would like help with. I thought this was a very thoughtful and nice thing to ask.
The bar area was airy and well laid out and the drinks were reasonably priced."

Very cute rooms, warm and cozy, nicely decorated. Clean, modern bathrooms.
Great neighborhood, easy walk to the city center, easy for Uber rides, and some phenomenal restaurants only steps away: Chinese noodle soups, coffee/bakeries, and the Rose and Crown tavern, which has the best meat pies, Sunday roast and sticky toffee pudding ive had yet in England.
Highly recommend this hotel."
