"Yes the breakfast menu was fresh parking was good The front lobby when you first walked in smelled like body odor really bad and it was very unpleasing. Beds were great hotel room was very clean"

"The outside conditions of the property needs attention especially the pool area. Last night parking was very limited due to some trucks and trailers were not parked over in the trailer parking area. However the rooms were clean and the staff were very kind and helpful."

"I had a disappointing experience during my stay. There were people hanging out in front of the hotel, which made the environment feel uncomfortable. When I got to the room, the toilet was overflowing, and staff handed me a plunger and had me clean up the water myself, which was very unprofessional. The room itself was not clean — the floor was dirty, and I even found a teddy bear and a walkie-talkie left behind. On top of that, the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. Overall, the cleanliness and service did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend staying here."

"I stayed at La Quinta Inn Decatur in December, and overall the stay was okay. It does look like the hotel has been renovated, which I appreciated. That said, the cleanliness of our room was questionable. The door frame and several areas of the room looked like they needed fresh paint or touch-ups. The ceiling also appeared to have had water damage that had just been painted over. When staying in a hotel, I expect the room to feel clean, fresh, and well-maintained. Unfortunately, between the worn paint and overall condition, it felt more “lived in” than it should have. Additionally, the USB and USB-C charging ports in the room were not working, which was inconvenient. I share this feedback in hopes it helps improve the experience for future guests."

"Had the main light full of bigs in the first room we tried. Next room just had a few flying around that we had to chase down and kill. Furniture and walls had signs of moisture damage and wear and tear. Fridge had things left ovee from previous guest. Didn't dare to check what they were.Needs updating and cleaning lessons for the staff."
