Staff allowed other guests to be loud and party into the early morning. Towels are worn out and grimey, worse than the towels I use for my dogs. Room lacked sufficient lighting and the phone was disconnected. We checked out a day early and were refused a credit for the unused night even when leaving before 9am. Grounds around the facility are covered with trash. The coffee creamers are not what is branded on the container. Housekeeping not provided daily. Worst hotel experience of my life!

The room was nice and fit our needs just right. The staff was friendly and the property was clean. My only issue was the pool was not in good working order. It definitely needed to be cleaned and repaired. Hopefully, it will be addressed by the owner before we travel down there again. The free breakfast had a variety of food and some fresh fruit to choose from.

We arrived very late and the staff was still very friendly. We got in about 2:45am from a very long drive and were able to get quickly and easily checked in with a warm greeting and a smile! The room was nice, though pillows a little small. Upstairs the room above people were very active, though, which was annoying trying to fall asleep to, but it was the day before Thanksgiving, so people were likely celebrating being near family a bit late.

Parking was fine....this is a moot point compared to the hotel conditions. Room was not clean. Noise level from 3rd floor and hallway was off the chart. Kept us awake most of night and all next mid morning. I complained but front desk did not look into it or it would have ceased the next day. The stomping and running in the room above and hallway was inexcusable.

Was called at a 15 until three, and ask if I was still coming. According to my itinerary, check in was at 3 PM, and that I did not have to pay until I arrived according to hotels.com, that they wanted my payment over the phone, which I gave. Not to mention, I bought a bag of chips and two sprites upon check-in from their general store and it was $12! Breakfast tasted horrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
