"The room was clean and the welcome message on the tv was nice. Breakfast was good. Pillows need to be more comfy. "

"My family and I stayed for 4 days. As I opened the door to the room, we saw the draperies hanging off the wall and the window uncovered. We had to climb on something just to cover the window for the night. I asked for maintenance to repair it the next morning. However it was still a very poor job. 5-6 ft Drapes were hung with only about 6 hooks. There were crumbs in the desk drawer. Water stains all over the night stand and headboard. There was a large round burn on the carpet. The room did have a microwave and mini refrigerator. The coffee pot was plugged into an outlet that didn't work, so I had to move it into the bathroom. There were 3 lamps in the room, only 2 were plugged in due to shortage of electrical outlets. 1 Electrical outlet didn't have a cover at all, another one was loose and hanging from the wall. The ice machine was out of order. The continental breakfast was bagged cereal. The basket of packaged pasties only had a couple items or empty every morning. There was a gallon of milk and orange juice in the mini-fridge available, and a coffee dispenser. The wood plank flooring at the front desk was peeling so badly that I tripped. The grass had not been cut, nor the bushes trimmed. The hotel needs alot of work and a manager who can get the job done."

"There was no concession at the water park; two of the four slides were broken. There was no free breakfast as Google stated. Food was found in the air conditioning vents. The room was dirty, and the hotel grounds were poorly maintained. etc."

"Our room was clean. Saw lots of team members cleaning and picking up. Check in was easy. Check out was early but easy."

"Halls smelled like pot. Room had an odor that you became accustomed to. Room was clean. Bed sheets were clean, bedspread had cigarette burns. Bathroom was clean also. We found the bed very uncomfortable. Not our worst stay at a motel. We were looking for a less pricey motel that would take our dogs. Pet friendly was their selling point and they delivered there."

"The breakfast was very scant. Didn't even have bagels and cream cheese. The in room hot tub fits 1 comfortably. Ants by the nightstand."
