"Our room had an odd shape that would have been fine had the room not been crowded with too much furniture. It almost felt as if a club chair and ottoman from another room had been parked in ours. We pushed it aside to make more space, which was ok for a one night stay. Also, the AC was not consistently cooling. Engineer came to take a look, and it worked better, but not ideally after that. Location and shuttle are great in the morning for making it to ORD on time."

One disappointment was the very soft mattress! The complimentary breakfast was better than average with a wide variety of menu options. The shuttle was timely from and back to the airport. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience."
