"Because this property is part of the UMass Campus and College of Hospitality, it is well maintained, but is situated in the middle of the UMass campus and has little signage. The Hotel sits atop a student center, and its all-concrete exterior makes it blend in with the other University academic buildings. It was difficult for my wife and I to find when we arrived after nightfall.
We were assigned Room 607, which was especially cold due to the summer air conditioner being on and non-responsive to thermostat changes. The front desk staff was quick to provide a stand-alone space heater, which quickly made the room comfortable.
Breakfast was sufficient, with Yogurt, Bread, GF Bread, Bagels, GF Bagels, Fruit, Pastries, and a Waffle station.
24-hour drink offerings at lobby were exceptional; with a single-serve coffee bar/machine, wonderful Tea varieties, Sparkling & Still Water, and a selection of fruit juices."
