I stay at this hotel every time I visit my daughter at Amherst College and it has never disappointed. Very convenient location, lovely front staff; decent breakfast; comfortable beds and big room. I feel very safe staying there.

We checked in later so it was dark out when we arrived. The bushes on the side of the building were overgrown a bit and they were covering the lights a bit so it wasn't as bright in the parking lot as it could have been. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

The room and bath were clean. The bed is comfortable. The tv show selection is seriously lacking. Breakfast choices are excellent but the coffee is unbelievably weak. Plus, where is the whole milk?

AJ at the front desk was welcoming professional friendly, this goes along way to enjoying the beginning of your stay. The room was comfortable, quiet, safe. The hot tub and pool were an added bonus. Breakfast was absolutely satisfying with everything from cereals, omelets, sausages, toasts, bagels, pastries, waffles fruits, juices and great coffee. This is our third stay, we look forward to returning and wouldn't choose any other hotel.Highly recommend.

The front desk hostess upgraded us to a quieter 3rd floor room with 2 queen beds. Enjoyed our stay there; again friendly staff , clean premises (especially the bathroom) though tolerable musty odor probably from carpet.

I was very pleasantly surprised at this hotel. I booked it because my usual hotels were full. It’s a bit lower level than I usually choose for a hotel but wow was it ever nice!! Lovely rooms and lobby area. Comfortable beds. Great breakfast. Changed my assumptions about the Comfort Inn entirely!
