"One of the best apartment-hotel stays we’ve ever had! AVAL has all the amenities you’d need and extremely helpful and responsive staff. The terrace and pool spaces are lovely and peaceful, the wi-fi was great, and even the room temperature stayed cool despite the hot weather outside. The manager Yannis was attentive and provided us with detailed information about nearby restaurants, markets, and places to go. and went above beyond to ensure our stay was amazing. Highly highly recommended!"

HOWEVER, air conditioning barely works when weather in Athens is very warm and the hot water is spotty. This is an apartment in an old building with difficult parking around and self check-in/out. The pricing is absolutely unreasonable for the place and the lack of AC/hot water. Not only this, but the place denies such issues. Unacceptable.

"The room was fantastic - clean, bright, spacious, and with a fabulous view overlooking the sea. The breakfast options seemed endless and the quality of the breakfast food was incredible. The beach was clean with great amenities.

"A large and spacious 6 bedroom villa suitable for up to 12 people. Lots of interesting interior design features lend a fun atmosphere. Open staircase could be unsafe for very young children and multiple steps be difficult for infirm to negotiate. Lovely large and well maintained pool and poolside area. Friendly and helpful host who provided complimentary provisions on arrival. Advise a car to reach local amenities."
"Villa Noa was perfect for our family trip. The pictures did not do the size or layout of the property justice as there was so much more space than we realised. The pool and outside space was brilliant.
The owner was very thoughtful leaving milk and fresh pastries/bread for when we arrived.
The villa is a short walk from the beach and restaurants and not far from the airport. We rented a car and it took 40 minutes to visit the centre of Athens.

"The house was fabulous. 5 minutes drive from whatever you might need and only about 45 minutes to the sites in Athens. 3 of the bedrooms have a walkout patio with pretty views of the Mediterranean and the town. There’s a lemon tree in the yard, you can squeeze all the lemonade you can drink. So much more I could say. But most of all. This is a great place for a family to stay"
