"The Wilderness Lodge is the perfect accommodation in the Daintree โ€” youโ€™re immersed in the rainforest with all the comforts of a nice room. The breakfast each morning was fantastic and the staff (especially Sasha) were so nice and helpful! Thereโ€™s no wifi in the cabins but that makes the nature immersion all the better!"

"Greg, the proprietor, is a great guy, welcomed us personally, showed us into our room, set us up with excellent Starlink WiFi first thing and prepared a beautiful, big breakfast for us the next morning with sweet papaya, melon, excellent coffee, and poached eggs on ham, cheese and avocado toast. The room was comfortable and clean, with TV, and a fridge. The property is beautiful, nestled in the rainforest with countless birds and green mountains behind. He pointed out his flowering jade plant with blossoms like I've never seen. Thank you Greg!"

"Cape Trib beach house gives you the opportunity to have a secluded bit of rainforest and beach away from the busier parts of the Daintree. The restaurant is good, portions are large. You can sit on an idyllic beach with just a couple of others hearing and seeing the rainforest animals as waves lap upon the beach. We saw Cassowary at the property twice in our 3 day stay. You canโ€™t go in the water, but that is true of all FNQ. This is not a luxury property but maybe a more authentic feel, the rooms have the basic necessities and are clean and comfortable. The property is well located for Daintree activities, we did both the horse riding and ziplining, both of which were excellent and can be organised by the staff."
