"Lacks functioning facilities. Plumbing working improperly. Bedding looked unclean. No heating. Treats emplyees inhumanely. Staff was polite, & respectfull. Breakfast was fine. "

"The hotel was a wonderful surprise, great views and sitting areas. They rooms are great but they need to check them once prior to checking the guests in. Some corners were a bit dusty, nothing a little attention would not take care of. What would be great would be if they had a free shuttle from the hotel to the town area, the taxis charge too much when called up to the hotel for round trips."

"Very poor maintenance , the bathrooms have flush which never temoves poop n keeps dripping , the bathroom floors have no mats so its a watery mess , the electrical sockets dont work , poorly trained staff , the front desk jokers are totally inept n so are the managers . "
