Had such an amazing stay. All of the staff were extremely friendly and super helpful. They even managed to help us get placed in our room in the morning time, even though check-in was in the afternoon. Me and my friends will be back every time we go to New York.

Good location and we asked for a view of Times Square which we had and was good. Not very sound proofed but the blinds were great at keeping the lights of the square out. Very confusing with the deposit for the room and then travellers fees being a credit at the restaurant which. Door staff were very friendly and helpful. The gym was too small for such a big hotel and unlike the sister hotel in Washington there was no self managed laundry and limited water facilities. We are still very unclear what the additional costs are as we never received an itemised bill by email as they advised on check out.

"Great location, but the hotel used to allow smoking, and it still smells of cigarettes. Fortunately, the LOOKEN hotel next door is managed by the same staff, and they upgraded us to a much better room (for an additional cost)."
