Liked: Staff & service, room comfort

Nice hotel located centrally.

The hotel was nice. Decent sized room. Staff courteous & helpful. Free wifi facilities. The room service was good, restaurant space small. The upholstery of the sofa & chair was torn at places, needs replacement. So does the door handles. Toiletries were provided. No hair dryer. Hot water facility was good. Overall a nice experience. Stayed for 2nights.

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
The hotel it's really over priced. The room condition was sad. In fact at 12 midnight I had to call the reception to know how to switch off the lights of the room. The guy came, moved the sofa and showed me the switch board behind it. The dining room was like a store with 3/4 tables put in. I would go there again.
