Food was tasty, location very close to Delhi Airport. We really liked the room interiors and overall ambience. The staff was polite and attentive. Free pickup from the airport was arranged efficiently.

Very clean, newly built hotel with rooms matching the photos online. Towels changed daily, staff polite and helpful. Breakfast was limited but tasty. Free airport pickup was smooth and punctual

Dirty towels in room - only 2 in room for 4 people. Asked for new towels didn’t arrive. Visible dirt on floor in rooms. Difficult to find hotel down small narrow busy roads. Rang hotel for help with directions but was asked to look at google maps no other help given

Delhi visit

Reception service was horrible, bed sheet and blanket was dirty, while check out i had to argue about the unusual charges in my account which they even didn’t know what were those charges for.

The hotel is not up to date with facilities and doesn’t look like the pictures online. The staff is not trained well and doesn’t accommodate request. The bathroom is very small. Only plus point is the location right next to airport.

New hotel growing

The reception and room service responses were not that great. They didn't complete my requests 3 - 4 times, even though I was told this will be done in 5 minutes. They do not take credit card yet, luckily I had the ATM card with me otherwise I had to do dishes and I would have missed my flight.

Didn't stay the night because there was no water

I couldn't stay at the place because there was no water that night. Seeing my condition after coming from 24 hr travel the guys agreed to move me to another hotel. I had to wait for 2 hrs and they managed to move me. That's my story
