The management and staff were very friendly and helpful. It wasn't out of the way, but for some reason the auto rickshaws could never find it. The food was also good in the restaurant and they served us whenever we wanted. Rooms had a few issues - door lock didn't work correctly, window left open and had no handle to shut it all the way. All in all though our stay was pleasant there and we would stay there again.

Budget stay in a so so neighborhood

We came in late after midnight so the cab driver had a hard time finding the place. Going down the various streets late at night appeared to be a scene from "Escape from LA", bonfires, strewn garbage, packs of wild dogs and homeless people. During the day and early evening the area is fine. Lots of car part shops and a few blocks over, Jewellery stores but not much else. Walk to metro is about 10 mins a way. Rooms are simple, basic shower with hot water (that you might have to advise to turn on), satellite TV and free wifi of 512 Kbps speed, able to handle a Skype session or Slingbox stream. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast, if not included is 150 rupees is basic. Chai, egg of some sort, dal with chapatti, toast, jam and cereal.

Overpriced and does not do what it says on the box

A truly terrible place. Sheet on the towels, dirty, smelly, in a horrible area and completely overpriced for what it is. Don't believe the facilities it offers. There are none! They lie to get your custom and once there they say their facilities are not working or out of order. Therefore you will have to go to a different, sub standard room. Do NOT go here.

Nice 3* hotel to stay close to carol bag.Close to metro station and CP.Rooms are neat and clean.Hotel is well maintained.staff is good,especially shivkumar is quick to respond to complaints and suggestions.sunil is polite.food is good especially the breakfast.bed is comfortable,no noise to disturb your sleep.overall a nice experience.No serious negatives.strongly recommends.

El hotel está en la quinta puñeta de Karol Bagh que no encuentran ni los conductores de ricksaws pero viendo Delhi no está mal ya que la pinta del resto hacia a este hotel bueno. Una pared con humedades el baño tiene un sumidero en la esquina y no hay ni bañera ni placa de ducha ni cortina ni mampara. El water a veces no tenia agua. La luz del baño funcionaba a veces. El desayuno era a la carta y tenia poca variedad y esto unido a la tardanza del servicio hacia que no apeteciera bajar a desayunar. La cama estaba bien y la tele tambien se veia bien. El servicio era amable en todo momento.
