My wife and I were disappointed to see that the room was not cleaned to our liking. The bed had hair in it which made me think that they didn't change the sheets. I asked for the sheets to be changed and they changed it. The bathroom was not cleaned properly. There were watermarks on the mirror, the base of the toilet was not clean, there was clearly visible calcium deposits on the shower head and other metal fixtures. The walls of the shower were not cleaned. The toilet seat was not tightened properly so it was crooked and leaned to the right side of the toilet until I fixed it. Overall I was extremely concerned about the complete lack of effort. Things that were left not done were baffling. 5 mins of cleaning would have made a world of difference. I didn't try the food because if the room wasn't clean then I couldn't trust the food either. The only positive was the roof deck area. It was nice looking and a good place to relax.
