Loved our room, a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was amazing, however the dinner service and the quality of the La Carte food was a high disappointment. The staff acknowledged the service was slow and was not compensated until I escalated. Not what you expect from a 5 star hotel.

I travelled with my son and the hotel was lovely. Room was nice and comfortable. The breakfast was awesome. Would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling solo with a child. They look after you really well and a safe place to stay.

Overall or stay was excellent, my only complaints were room smelled a little musty, there was no convenience store for incidentals forgot or chips, and food from restaurant was good but not what expected. The breakfast buffet was good but sat down for lunch and ordered chicken Caesar salad had more dressing than salad. The waiter did ask if something was wrong and my niece told them I didn’t like it and why. The manager comped my bill and gave me dessert from the buffet for free without me asking. Staff couldn’t have been more accommodating and they have a Pillow” menu. I could go on…

A top-class hotel with a great location and overall excellent service.One of the best marriott properties stayed at. Karan, the Assistant Front Office Manager, was especially welcoming and went out of his way to help he even assured me that breakfast would be packed as my checkout was very early. Unfortunately, this didn’t happen, and the team dropped the ball on that promise, which felt like a miscommunication rather than a lack of intent. Overall, a great stay let down slightly by this one issue, but I would still rate the hotel well and would consider staying again.

Our stay at this beautiful hotel was made truly enjoyable, largely thanks to the exceptional staff. Everyone we encountered was courteous, warm, and genuinely friendly, which made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Our room was impeccably clean, with both the bedroom and bathroom being serviced and tidied twice a day to a very high standard. A special mention goes to Ranjan, who checked in with us daily to ensure we had everything we needed and provided excellent, thoughtful service. We would also like to thank the restaurant staff at K3, who were consistently attentive and professional. In particular, Chandra went the extra mile to accommodate our requirements, helping us with food choices and drinks, and ensuring every meal was an enjoyable experience. We truly enjoyed our stay at the JW Marriott, New Delhi, and we look forward to returning to this comfortable hotel because of the outstanding service we received. Well done to the entire team.
