Excellent location and excellent service. The only negative is that the basic rooms looks a little lackluster when compared to the shangri la across the street for essentially the same price.

Fantastic hotel and staff. Right from the moment I arrived, they took great care of us. The luggage was moved to our room and the staff explained everything. Room was clean and well maintained. There was a minor issue with the AC in the room not functioning effectively but was remediated soon once a complaint was made. Breakfast was excellent and featured various multi cuisine dishes ranging from South indian to American. Staff was quite friendly and helpful.

I was able to request a driver to meet our flight and that made the start of our stay easy. Check-in was great! The wait staff and food at Le Belvedere is excellent - Thai, Chinese. The view of the city is wonderful at night - pink lights on Parliament and other building.

The hotel was clean; the staff are very friendly. The hot food in "The one" needs to be hotter. It was much warmer in the other restaurant of the ground floor. It would be nice to be able to take your drinks from the bar to the lounge area. Overall an excellent hotel; would definitely stay there next time.
