The stay was very pleasant, the cleanliness impeccable, the food delicious with options for foreigners. And the facilities are beautiful, especially the rooftop and the pool with a 360-degree view of the city.
We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and well decorated. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant offered a wide selection of food and drinks. The staff were very polite and helpful.
Service was great! Location a little out the way and have to go through very busy area- but same as all through Delhi. Great hotel and service! Thank you!
I had a pleasant stay here. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff who go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Their service really stands out.
The only limitation is the location. There’s not much to do or see within walking distance, so you’ll need transport if you want to explore the city or find nearby attractions.
Overall it was a great experience stating in Novotel New Delhi City Center. Staff were friendly and helpful. Addressed to any issues or concerns very quickly. The life guard at the pool was friendly and view from the roof top infinity pool was mind blowing during sunset. Got the best pictures by the pool. I would suggest to add more varieties of food in buffet for guests who stay more than 3 to 4 days.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Amenities
bread was cardboard, literally, they dont use eggs, not catering to a diverse tourist palette is disappointing, sprinkling veggies between fingers into an omlette like they were salt and pepper will tell u how it went, not spooned into pan, cooking eggs in oil not butter, i had half board and food looked limp or from breakast at dinner, fruit tasteless, drinks from cartons, a disaster, the hotel has no spa, but its really beautiful, its new, the rooftop is unwelcoming with no lights at night giving an abandoned feeling. needs more ambience and work, staff nice, very clean although towels have seen better days for a new hotel
I had 2 bookings and adviaed Reception, noting I was staying 2 nights, I was adviaed yes, that is correct qe have you for 2 nights. The next day I receive a phone call at 2pm asking when I was checking out? I had to explain again on the phone. On my first night I got food poisoning and spent the next 24 plus hours with liquid diarrhoea and vomiting (I had only eaten food at the hotel that day/night). I called reception at midnight requesting more toilet paper and explained why....I would expect notes to be added to a guest's profile if they are seriously ill. At 4pm the next day, I went downstairs to reception to sign a checkin form and also further explain how sick I was. Note, the head chef was extremely concerned and helpful,l and the Duty Manager refunded one bill and provided complimentary transfer to airport at 2am. I am still annoyed that I missed a whole day sightseeing in Delhi!
The service at this hotel is on another level. Every single member of staff from housekeeping to the restaurant team went out of their way to make sure your needs are attended to. Special thank you to reception who allowed me to check in a few hours early and to Ajay and Alina in the restaurant who made ever breakfast and dinner amazing. The food here was superb too, the pool was amazing, I would recommend this place and suggest you do halfboard as the area around is close to the tourist area but Delhi traffic is horrendous and I wouldn't venture out alone in the evenings. The outside is similar to all other hotels in Delhi. Also, the smell in the hallway was absolutely devine!
The hotel is beautiful and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Only negative is the area the hotel is in. It is close to main attractions such as Connaught Place and the Red Fort but the immediate vacinity of the hotel is not the best with limited dinning options. As such, I went to the hotel restaurant for dinner and it took over an hour to receive my food order and drink, the food was good but the service takes way too long.
This was my second visit to the Novotel, and I would definitely stay again. The staff, interior, location and food are all great. However, this time I was disturbed just after midnight by a group of men having rowdy arguments and shouting in a room on my floor. One man came out into the corridor and had a loud discussion on his phone. I called the Concierge, who dealt with the situation quickly and sent the security team up to my floor to deal with it. I didn't have a great sleep that night, which was annoying.

My family and I stayed for one week at Novotel City Centre in Delhi and I can honestly say that we had zero complaints. The food was very good. The room was very clean and comfortable. And the staff was all super friendly. They were the highlight of the stay. Every single individual had a genuine smile on their face and were happy to help us out and make my young child feel at home.
That being said there was one stand out representative who was not only friendly but went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic. Idrish works at the front desk/reception and I have no doubt that he will one day be Guest Services Manager or even General Manager. Idrish was a pleasure to converse with and he always made my child happy. He bent over backwards to ensure that our room was in pristine condition and that the rest of the staff were treating us like literal royalty. He should be commended for his efforts. My entire family's stay in Delhi was better off because of him and Idrish will be missed when we leave. He is someone I consider a great person and I wish the best for him and everyone else at the Novotel. They all did a stellar job!
Overall a pretty average hotel in a convenient location if you want to stay close to Old Delhi but not too close.
The staff were all fantastic and friendly. Restaurant food was good with options.
Overpriced laundry service and any extras.
