Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Dark rooms and bathrooms, unsafe entry locks, very tiny TV, no space to keep luggage, electric kettle without any supplies for tea/coffee, dirty towels etc.

The reservation was not intimated to the hotel and it had to take many calls and persuasion to get the room. Fortunately the owners son intervened and made the arrangements
