Common areas were limited due to the nature of building age. Especially wanted to find small cove seating areas for small quiet talks. It's an old building infrastructure however renovated all rooms. Rooms and hallways are great.

This is an excellent property to stay in Delhi. We have stayed here a few times and always enjoyed it. There is a huge shopping mall right next to the hotel and we have found that very convenient.

I had a perfect stay at the Sheraton - so much so that I came back the following week. The staff are absolutely wonderful and the pool is just a lovely bonus. Well equipped gym (not that I used it) and the rooms are great. Breakfast is fantastic. There’s a lovely shopping mall with cool bars and restaurants right next door. A great place to explore delhi. All the staff were fantastic, especially Kapish, Prince and Jeremy front of house. Prakash on the door, Kusum and Arjun in the restaurant and Guita in housekeeping!

I’m a returner. I enjoy staying there whenever I visit New Delhi. The staff is very hospitable and courteous. Esp Pratibha at the front desk was very helpful to me. I will say that the cleanliness needs attention. The ladies bathroom near the lobby was extremely dirty. All the sinks were dirty, and some had hair in them, which I found rather disappointing. There were flies in the dining room room. I also didn’t enjoy the extremely loud live music for dinner in the pavilion because it was overtaking a decent pleasant ambience, and had to scream to my guests and to the waiter to get my message, understood. It is too small a room for such loud live music. It was completely unnecessary and no matter how much I shared my opinion, this did not stop. Again, the staff was extremely courteous and truly put a feather in their cap. I would love to stay there again.
