I booked this hotel for my parents who travelled from USA to New Delhi. I sent them a request a couple of days before requesting a taxi from airport to the hotel. They didn't bothered to respond. When my parents reached there, they didn't gave them a room for about an hour and they had to wait in the lobby. My mother is partially paralyzed and cant stand for a long time and they were offering them a smoking room. Pathetic service. Never seen such service even after paying a huge price. Will not recommend to anyone.

I booked a stay for 3 days and paid for my stay on the first day. That same night, I realized that there was no central heating in the property and they were using surface heaters . When I asked for one, the staff first tried to mislead me and later told me that they had nothing to offer me since there was a wedding party at the hotel. I spent the night in a dead cold room, Witt the staff offering no resolution or apology at all. I had no choice but to continue stay there , since the staff refused a refund! The stay felt far from a Taj hotel Stay

I arrived in the morning, but was accommodated with a room after a short wait, which was really appreciated after an 11 hour flight. Everything worked well in the room and the food in the restaurants was excellent

The property advertises as being within 2 miles of the IGI Airport, but in reality, it is on the other side of the airport, and it takes about 30-40 minutes in really bad traffic. I reserved a room for 4, and paid for the room charges. Upon checkin, they gave me a room with 1 king size bed. When I asked how I will sleep my family of 4, they said I should get a rollaway bed and charged me extra for it, despite reserving a room for 4. I also paid for breakfast buffet in advance, and upon checkin I was told that that was valid only for 2 people (While they charged me room rates for 4 people). I had to checkout early, and upon checkout I told them that I will not be eating breakfast, and asked them to refund the breakfast buffet charges I had paid in advance. They said they cannot do that. The property has seen better days, and the only reason I booked this was since the newer hotels much closer to the airpot at Aerocity were sold out, and my flight got in really late and connecting flight was the next day, so I needed a place to freshen-up after 15 hours of flying. I will not book this property again as they were misleading to begin with, and tried to nickel and dime me for services I had already paid for.

Comfortable stay. Great staff
As always, super friendly staff. I booked an early check in, which was confirmed. but due to multiple weddings in the hotel. I did not get an early checkin. Apart from that everything went very smoothly and a very pleasant stay. This hotel is starting to become my go to place for connection in and out of Delhi.
