"Brand new hotel, great rooms. Very good staff. Location is ok, but not central for anything touristy or restaurants etc. The two restaurants aren't open yet and won't be until next year. The breakfast buffet was ok. The room service menu was decent and ran all night, however the recipes and ingredients seemed to change depending on which chef was on. The rooftop pool looked a bit dirty and needs a clean on the surrounding walls. Also the room wasn't cleaned thoroughly during our stay. All in all the hotel has great potential, just need to make a few tweaks."

However this seems to be the norm in all hotels here. The location is close walk to the old town. Worth a visit at night. Also the bonus of use of bikes. So were able to cycle into Tam Coc."
