Dont expect help from hotel staff as they have nothing to do with guests that book through this site. Had to communicate with room owner direct. No towels or access to the gym. When asked for them we received torn dirty towels. Very disappointing 😞

i waited 1 hr before someone checked me in. Hot water system was broken, had to shower in the cold. Pool's visibility less than 2m. Bad experience i had to leave and change to another hotel. Stayed less than 5 hrs, booked 2 nights.

"I was very disappointed regarding the service provided. First, I was telling the hotel that this trip I was booking for proposing purpose. Perhaps they provide me a good view room with decorations if possible . But then when I arrive and check in , they gave me floor level 5 and without any decoration ..."
