My hubby and I stayed in a 2-bedrooms suite. It’s spacious for 2 people and the staff is very friendly However, even though there is a kitchen sink and a cupboard, there is no utensils provided. Also, it’s noisy when we opened the window to air out the room at night, not to mentioned the call for prayer in the morning. There is no blackout blinds in the rooms so we sure were awake early in the morning. The breakfast there was the worst in our 2 weeks trip.

Chambre confortable et grande. L'appartement est présenté avec soin et il y a toutes les commodités. Gros point noir : une seule climatisation dans le salon, pas suffisant pour la superficie de l'appartement, pas de rideaux occultants! Salle de douche un peu petite. C'était un appartement avec coin cuisine mais aucun ustensiles? Dommage qu'il ne prenne pas soin du matériel et des fournitures : tapis sale, trous de cigarettes dans le canapé...

Excellent Hotel

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was the best value by far of anywhere in turkey. The rooms were beautiful, we saw 3. The WiFi wasn't great, but our huge beautiful room was worth it. Bed very comfy. Don't stay in pamukkale. Stay here instead. We saw the quote best two hotels in pamukkale and they don't compare.

Ottimo albergo con suites molto spaziose

Ottima base per chi volesse visitare la vicina Pamukkale (a circa 30 min di strada in auto). Offre tutte suites molto spaziose ed ottimamente organizzate. E' una valida base di appoggio per chi disponga di un autoveicolo. Attorno non c'è molto. Unico lato negativo non è per niente segnalato ed arrivarci per chi non parli turco e non riesca ad avere informazioni specifiche è un po' problematico.

abbiamo scelto questo hotel nel viaggio fatto in Turchia ad Agosto 2014 per la vicinanza con Pamukkale. L'hotel è molto moderno, con una struttura più business che da vacanza. 넓은 숙소

성인가족 4명이 묵었는데, 방 2개에 침대 3개로 넉넉한 공간이 마음에 들었으며, 가격대비 훌륭한 레지던스 호텔입니다. 호텔주변에서 음식점을 찾기가 어려웠는데 호텔에서 배달음식을 주문해주는 센스로 체크인하자마자 편하게 점심을 먹었습니다. 파묵칼레까지는 30분정도 소요되는데, 파묵칼레의 호텔보다 여기에 묵는 것이 가격적인 측면과 호텔의 청결함등에서 훨씬 이익이 되는 것 같습니다. 아침식사도 만족스러웠습니다.

wonderful hotel, especially the concierge

We wanted a great place for dinner and the concierge called a local restaurant who came and picked us up. AMAZING!! best restaurant ever too. The door on the room was extremely difficult to lock. Overall a wonderful hotel with a great staff and plentiful breakfast buffet. We would definitely stay again.

街の中心地からは距離はあるが、タクシーで10分弱程度なので問題無し。ホテル自体は清潔で非常に快適なホテル。スタッフも親切で心地よく滞在できました。

Low value for money

We were overall quite disappointed with our one night-stay in Konakk Aygören Residence. We were not satisfied with what we got as we were expecting better based on the price of the room. We are not going after very spacious rooms, we are into the quality of service and cleanliness. We did not notice we were booking a suite and we believe the surface area of the room is the only reason for its price. The rooms are large but not as clean/new as expected. The breakfast was the most disappointing part of the stay. A cold plate with a couple cheap and cold ingredients in it (jam, sausage, borek). No open buffet, we had to ask for extra milk, coffee and bread. We were amazed and bothered by the unprofessionalism of the staff who was wandering around helping themselves with cereals and tea, leaving the milk container empty for the guests.

Apesar da curta estadia fiquei satisfeita com o hotel. Quarto e banheiro confortáveis e limpos. Funcionários atenciosos e existe a possibilidade de locomoção para qualquer parte com os serviços dos mini ônibus que passam na avenida próxima ao hotel. Na esquina do hotel existe um supermercado e aos arredores alguns restaurantes.

아침 일찍 도착했음에도 아침과 커피도 주고 방도 업그레이드 해주었습니다. 넒은 방에서 편하게 아침부터 지낼수 있었습니다. 호텔직원들고 매우 친절하게 안내를 해주었고 아침도 무척 맛있었습니다. 파묵칼레에 묶지않고 데니즐리에 있어서 훨씬 편하고 구경하기 좋았습니다. 호텔 1층에 마켓이 있어서 간단한 것을 사먹을 수 있어서 좋았습니다.
